Up to the top reservoir? Yeah still allowed, mixed gravel and tarmac route with speedbumps every 20 metres.

This water has an interesting story.

These are called the Venetian Waterways - and are at the extreme North end of Gt Yarmouth seafront. Dug by WW1 soldiers returning from the Battlefield - and a fund was created to pay these Soldiers / create a recreation area - and feed these Soldiers back into the general Society:

Now have boats for hire in Summer, areas to operate model boats, miles of paths to walk, cafes etc on site. Just a pleasant place to chill….
