My sister is staying in some holiday cottages opposite at the same time. I think my folks are going too. Be nice to have a wander to the pub for tea or the fab chippy (I believe).

The walk from the site for about 1/2 a mile is single track unlit road towards Benllech. Lots of people off the site walked it(even with prams). Outside of daylight hours it would be quite dicey. Only approach the site from the Benllech side in a vehicle NOT Marian-glas. My XC70 had to breathe in.
The Ship in Red Wharf Bay is nice to sit outside, only 10mins-ish from the site by car.

Emptied it... Two hours to pitch everything and tidy up (plus taking a break)

Just had a bit of CX biking across the site and the shore to work out the walking route to the heritage railway (Bala) as we're having a trip on Saturday. Lovely site, pitched 100ft from the lake
