It was busy today and visitors are kept away from the beach. But there's no shortage of them. 3778 pups born this year!

Today in the garden.
A lovely Robin came to investigate my activity and while down at the compost heap a Wren decided to have a look around for some titbits.

Walked into my Kitchen earlier and there was a Monkjac deer grazing on my lawn 15yards from the house middle of the day . By the time I got my camera it had moved on

Walrus - continuing his tour of the hotspots of the NE coast. First Scarborough and now a visit to Blyth. And sensibly in a nice safe place with no public access but viewing points.

Ellesmere in Shropshire today. Hats off to this turkey pretending to be a duck to escape the horrors of Christmas

Had to internet search for what it was, looks like it's called a muscovy.

Always a good show of various birds there, think we saw a couple of cormorants further back resting in a tree.
