The tea lady in Wanstead Park, East London. Not a cyclists cafe but nice to go there for tea and home made cake with the family on Sunday afternoon.

Speedgate Stables Cafe in Brands Hatch. Lovely cake, lovely staff. and you can eat in or out. It's the only cafe I know in the area where around 6-7 clubs eat and drink in the area

Mine's gotta be Corner Cafe at Ambergate. Norma's cakes are tops !

Ambergate is good, but Caudwell's Mill at Rowsley is better.

For a lovely sunny day, so you can sit outside, the Lavender Tea Rooms, Etal, nr Berwick.

Also, but better if it's raining, the Oxford Farm Tearooms, also near Berwick and the Chain Bridge Honey Farm Bus Cafe.. you guessed it, near Berwick. A perfect ride is a loop that takes in all three.

The Windmill Cafe, thats somewhere. I did get told but i forgot, its easier to just follow the lead guys wheel.
Nice young waitresses there, and the beans on toast is £2.30.
The farm shop cafe at Mount Sorrel is another nice one. Nice young female waitresses, not a bad price for beans on toast, and theres lots of old cycling stuff on there.
