Haven't been to either in quite a while, but the ones at Woodborough Garden Centre and Bratton Plant Centre (both Wilts) are (were?) both good. Former does massive slices of cake and latter is (was?) CTC approved.

Been there lately Mr H? New owners about a year ago ... wonderful...

The last time we were there was about 2 years ago. The club occasionally used the 'greasy spoon' at Dunkirk - not recommended.
Does anyone in the North Wales area know if the Sunspot is still open?.
Another good cafe was Jan's in Northwich

Not many cafes in my area, usually safer just to take a flask and a piece. At least I get a different view every tea break.
