so anyway i didnt go for a ride today because i had to help out at beavers for my d of e then i was meant to do my paper round but it was pissing it down so ill just have to do them tomorrow morning. so anyway no ride for me today

Right. If you self-gratification artists are finished playing with yourselves , my ride took me out to see the T.o.B today. And boy are they fast ,like shoot off a shovel. Don`t often get the chance to see the Pros ride, a truly amazing sight to see the peleton in full "cry".

20 miles. Was a headwind for the first 8 or so, side wind for next 4 or 5 then tail wind home.

74miles done today. Average of 17.91mph. Not bad, it was that church ride, did 30something churches, all looked the same, got lots of free biscuits() the good ones aswell, not the cheap ones. Southwell minster did have the cheap ones, Asda smart price ones!!! Cheapos.
