30 miles - Lewisham down to Otford in Kent - first time I had done this route on the bike (more hills than I thought). Quick pitstop at Aunties and then along to Borough Green via the quiet country lane route. Was lazy(just couldn't bear large hill up via Brands Hatch so caught train back to Bromley and then rode home. A really good ride and did really well on the hills.

A slow 58 miles today (14.9mph, 2680ft of climbing). Most of the ride was enjoyable in good'ish weather, except a few bad overtakes/ pull outs, the hail stones on Benarty Hill and the snakebite on Kinseat Road; oh well I suppose things come in threes. 3765miles out of the last one no p'ture and just 300 out of this before a snakebite. Just sitting down to watch the giro now.

Just an easy 31 miles to get my legs working again after slobbing out in Spain, I did include a slow ascent of the Alpe d'Charnwood (Beacon Hill) just to see if my legs still work.

41 miles down the Thames path to Richmond, back down for a circuit of Bushy Park and saw some deer [2 white ones]. some sort of event there today, from Kingston to Hampton Court dodgying the half marathon runnners, and ended going to Adli in Feltham as I decided I needed some more shorts and the Walton on Thames branch had hardly anything left in the bike dept, the longest distance i've done [new bike helps] was going to do more and then common sense prevailed.

Today, I just went out for nice walk after the 70 odd miles yesterday... mind you, I did two rather hilly days in the Highlands on my Brompton last week (and Glasgow to Edinburgh along the canal, also on the Brompton, last Saturday), so I reckon I deserve a break!

47.1 miles for me round Hampshire saw loads of others cyclist ther must have been something on

Ironic...the first day with (virtually) no wind, and all i wanted to do was have a nice steady pootle with the missus.
Lots of guys out near Lowdham Notts, as always. Cyclists seem thick on the ground there, compared with here.

107 miles on the Suffolk Sunrise ride and it was a hot one and quite windy on the East Coast but much better inland
