One of my commuting routes today, 10 miles about 50% off road. Some of it along a lovely cliff top path. Perfect conditions too with a good tailwind enabling me to tick along nicely and enjoy the view.

Weather great here today for a change. Went out for a spin -did 43 miles which included a 5 mile long climb up the side of a mountain-great views though- in around 2hrs 40m. Not bad for an oul fella!!! Doing a 73 mile run on Sunday with several hundred souls---anyone want to join me???

Lovely, if a bit windy, ride home today. Felt smug breezing past cars stuck in traffic all the way from Deptford to Greenwich.
I'm dreading tomorrow - I have no choice but to take public transport to work (which I haven't done for over a month) and I'm terrified. Will I make it on time? Will my train not get stuck somewhere? Oh, I don't miss these worries at all :welcome:

A brisk reverse Llanrhidian Loop. Weather breezy, but surprisingly warm.

No real ride - had my second V02 Max test in three days this morning. The one on Tuesday didn't work because the blood wouldn't flow out of the cannula during the test (the 2nd cannula after the first one drew no blood). This morning I had three insertions (either arm and finally right wrist) before it worked....now my wrist is sore.
I get to do it again single legged on Saturday morning then repeat the process in 5 weeks!

Nice 26 mile ride in the sun. Weathermen still don't seem to have come to grips with the wind though. Had hoped for a quicker time, but incorporated a couple of errands for mrs LFG just to get some much needed brownie points.
