Certainly was fun! I love the Peak District, especially when I get there for sunrise by a trig point!
My aim is to see as few people as possible by the time I get back to the car or tent 😁

Pleasant 3½ miles to Boughton village to swap some books at the telephone box library..

Sad to see that the postbox that usually has topical toppers is going modern, I guess with esolar panel on the lid ☹️

Just a local 'around the fields' walk this morning.. 🐶

Lots of birds twittering away in the trees & hedgerows. Not heard or even heard of a Siskin before.. Every day's a school day! 😋
