I worked with a guy who was from an Italian family so spoke fluent Italian. He used to change the language on anyone who's phone he got his hands on. Someone did his to Russian.

I would drill a tiny, unnoticeable hole in the bottom of all their coffee mugs so that every time they picked one up to drink it would leave a ring, no matter how carefully they wiped it.

I would also take their push-button phone apart and switch the order of the buttons so they went 012,345,678,9 instead of 123,456,789,0 before reassembling.
