I really rate the workout erg mode in Zwift. Some of the in-built workout sessions are fiendish, but I find it very motivating to listen to Enya while I’m turning myself inside out to keep the pedals turning. 🤣

Yes it's Direct drive as is the Direto, but it's a different league of user experience.

Summer vacation is over and I start my work today. Just calculate kilometers what I did during my vacation. Summary: Total 1584km, 396km virtual and 1188km irl. All that in 33 days. Not my record, not even close but pretty satisfied for that.

That's a great vacation...33 days, and cycling stats aren't bad either!

Thanks Alan. Not a same what i did about 15-years ago when my summer vacation last 24 days and i ride about 2100km. Now next 10-days and maybe more are gonna be very hot +30˚C, thats what forecast says. we’ll see how long rides is reasonable to do.

Squeezed out 1182W last night after Sydney Harbour Bridge. Surely 1200W is in reach? I asked Alexa for 80s Rock last night and she played Eye of the Tiger earlier on in the workout...
