Drop out early doors but didn’t really make any difference. Disappointed to be dropped by fast group on the hill before the jungle but joined another and despite a few wobbles when nearly dropped a few times just about managed to hang on to the end

Short cool down , quick shower, SIS Rego and check Zwift Power, got 40:52 . Happy with that, took your advise @bridgy and went for a fast start on the flat and the hill , could tell 170 bpm and above wasn’t possible today so tried to hover on or below 170 bpm. Well done to everyone today , especially @Whorty crazy antics .

Did you see me on the road @Alongo ?

We must have been very close as our times for the full road to ruins strava segment (which doesn't quite match the zwiftpower times) are only 10 seconds apart

Yea. Crazy I couldn't hold his wheel on his third time around. Ugh. He was gracious enough to tow me up to a group before leaving us in the dust.

According to ZP he finished about 30 seconds up the road from me. I'm officially at 49:13 this time around. Best wattage since last summer.

I was desperate to hang on to that group so that I had wheels to suck when we came off the KoM. That run in was killing me, legs just didn't want to push any more

Yeah @bridgy , saw your name above the blob that was just catching us on final drop to finish - it made me pedal harder when I didn’t want to . Watched us both on flybys and it was very close, good ride, shame about glitch .

Was going to do the stage 1 at 6 but fell asleep on the sofa woke up with 15 minutes to the start I decided to leave it.

Signed up for the 5pm ride tomorrow.

Just visit Epic Cycles website. There are few photos about those System Six Cannondales in their shop. One of them is probably yours. I have to say yellow frame looks good too.
