ToW Stage 6 phew, it was pretty hard. I tried to hold it steady and consistent which I did Okay- about 10 second different from early segments to last lap. Heart rate stayed high but gradually climbed over the whole course- so I paced it well. I dont think I want to do that again![]()

Anyway, all good. Better than good. Like any good cyclist he encouraged me to buy a pm to hep sort the left/right muscle imbalance
He talked about doing the Brum’ Velo and what a blast it was. I was able to rib him for doing a an easy flat ride compared to the DD.
