Anyone had a thoughts how to eat well in xmas without getting more fat .
i think you should all eat as much as you can - preferably with extra cream / butter - you are all looking too thin , not a good look = much better to be healthy looking and pushing your bike up the hills
enjoy xmas all

The good thing about Christmas weight is that it’s quickly gained and then quickly lost again (Promise ).
The missus has invited a small army over this year so hopefully I burn a few calories keeping everyone’s glasses full !

I hope everyone has a great Christmas . As always thanks very much to all of you for all the shared suffering, banter and camaraderie.

Traditional Xmas Festive Lamb Naga at the curry house last night with friends
Last time @bobinski mentioned a curry , I couldn’t rest till I had hit the local takeaway
Now I have the same feeling again !

Will be eating slightly better this year compared to previous years. Need to keep wifey healthy, so this forces me to keep less crap food in the house. I suppose I should look on the bright side .... but this means no chocolate log or christmas cake this year  No boxes of chocolate either! Feck, is it even christmas at all????? (we have a chocolate bomb, whatever that is, and Heston Blumenthal 'mince pies' from waitrose which are very lush :hungry:)

Just the two of us now for the rest of the year. I obviously do all the cooking etc; just glad the wife doesn't mind what I put on the plates

Merry christmas to all my online friends on Cycle Chat. :snowball:
