Eat what you like in a 4 hour window each day. Which 4 hours and whether they be continuous is the big question.

Breakfast, Brunch, Linner and Dinner are in 4 hours on the day :whistle:

Maybe that's why I'm so big :sad::cry:

I try to keep sort of moderation and eat less...many times of during a day. Difficult to define what is less in xmas :whistle:

Merry Christmas everyone.! I’ve really enjoyed the last few months on the turbo and the CC league has spurred on that interest. My downfall is Berty Bassets Liquorice Allsorts, mince pies, short bread, Christmas pudding, and chocolate. Must set my Zwift weight up a lb or two next week. 😁
 
Big dinner and a few beers,just looked in the quality street tin and there are a dozen sweets left amongst the wrappers , Zwifting in the morning:bicycle:

Looking at the Crit races this afternoon ... anyone fancy a spin? There is one at 15:45 and one at 16:05 - I'm good with either. Not been on a Crit course yet so quite fancy that.
I’m hoping to join you on here. I Should get a kicking from all the big guys.
