For good reason

thought you might comment on that !Cheek! I think if you check the times you will find I was pulling away from you on the climbs
Apart from that great ride.
Glad your back is sorted. I reckon you are just about over your accident. Huge difference between this and our last race![]()
A lot of people use the ZSun shirt so could have been some random stranger.thought you might comment on that !- i still havent got the hang of the hills yet ! i leave it too late and lose places at the beginning of a climb - seems like you have to start trying 10 seconds before the climb , but i will get there ! - i know i was chasing one of our shirts most the time

Oh, nearly forgot to say - I had ridiculously little resistance at the start of the race - cruising along at the front of the pack at 500+watts not breaking a a sweat! . I quickly turned the trainer off and on again at the plug, which sorted it out and the resistance returned to normal - ouch!
Lee your times are super consistent, only 10 seconds difference between the first and last climb times. I was hoping Paul wasn't going to pass us(me) when the A cat guys went by. Enjoyed the race even though it's not my forte
I got stuck in no man's land for one lap and was eventually swept up by the group behind, where I stayed with mostly to the finish
boo
not bumped up - just kicked out![]()
Well that hurt can hardly walk, legs was sore from the last couple of days so i knew i wasnt going to do great, missed judged the start so wasnt in the main group but kind of glad i wasnt from the sound of it.
Spent a while in no mans land and saw i was about 15 seconds ahead of a group of around 6 so slowed slightly for them to gain and joined them, we all worked well a couple of times i would just put in little digs on the flats and inclines to show i still had a little some thing left which was kind of fun, seen Jeff and he was able to join our group but wasnt able to hold on when it got hilly again.
Next person i saw was Andy at first he was 45 seconds ahead but slowly reeled him in to 8 seconds when i thought do i burn my very few matches in catching him up or leave him be so i decided to let him have his fun by him self and his new friends.
I thought I found a good place near the end to launch my sprint but as soon as i started i knew it was to long to the finish line and so lost about 5 places.
I realy need to have a days rest or if i commute by bike to take it steady so i feel freasher than i did tonight, but it was good knowing that there was so many of us racing in the same cat and wearing the same kitalthough not all together it did feel we was.
Well done all![]()
