Spending a little too much time analysing perhaps but...paid for one months strava premium. Interesting {for me} to see 2/3rds of ride was at tempo, almost a 1/3rd at threshold and none at anaaerobic. Suggests i wasn't trying quite as hard as i could!

The flat heart rate indicates your were working hard all the time. How did it physically feel, were you breathing really hard/legs burning?

The course yesterday Lee was right up your street, decent length climbs to put some serious damage to the likes of me and lumpy enough not to allow my flat speed catch you. Only because you were coming back from illness put pay to you riding in zone 4

Here's the thing: after first 3o min or so breathing and HR ok in sense used to it from training. Legs, well "ok" is the wrong description but they didnt feel like they were about to give up. But by mid point of lap 2 my coccix bone was increasingly painfull, enough to take some ibuprofen and the only other way to temporarily deal with it was to ride out of the saddle for stretches and then sit, only for it to return.Blooming frustrating and began to affect rest of the ride. HR would go up with out of saddle efforts and then ease when i sat as did breathing. So yes, was working hard, but i reckon that but for the back pain, i might have been a little faster. The Kiss 100 race may confirm either way.

I blame the weight of the NEO for the coccyx pain. It is frigging heavy and awkward to carry and had to lift and move it around friday when the bike mechanic came and then again on saturday morning when he returned with a shim for the damaged drop out and took precaution of removing cassette and reattaching tightly to remove any possible play. Top bloke and bike and gears performed flawlessly.

Just finished a critical part of creating a huge database. Took 8 hours just to move it to our servers.
I celebrated work well done with a Zwift sweetspot group training and my arse really hurts now. That new saddle puts pressure to new areas and I hope I just need to get used to it.

this is the p race were I got dropped for 5 wpk . Hi Robert , I have been testing the 4iii all weekend , and it works great makes zwift smoother . I have not tryed outdoors yet coz it's been snowing . I got it from Ribble uk , it was reduced from 450 euro to 360 , then they are giving another 40 of when u spend over 300 euro . So 320 euro for a power meter for Shimano 500 is a good deal . And it has good reports and is supposed to read +_ 2% .
