No appointment is for the 19th which is pretty quick for my doctors, going to take it easy ish being a man I never listen to my own body :whistle:
You should take it really easy this week .... especially 7pm on Thursday :whistle: No point making yourself ill .... just relax up that there little hill :biggrin:

Pretty serious Lee! Hope it's not too long a recovery.
I'm at physio tomorrow for what are minor niggles. Hoping she can massage away and give me some exercises to keep them at bay

Sorry tonight @rob01792 for not riding with you on Zwift. I was doing one of their training sessions for a change of scene. First plan I tried I had to bail after a couple of minutes .... after the warmup it was trying to get me to push 800 watts :crazy: I know I have a BKool Pro but come on .... even with the aid of the Pro that's a tall order.

I ended up doing the 'Wringer' session. 30 second sprints at 500 watts followed by 120 watts rests. Quite enjoyed it. Pity it only lasted 35 mins, could have gone on another 10 mins :biggrin: Might check out a few more of these plans and see if I can improve my FTP a bit :training:

Did a TrainerRoad session holding 265 watts for 6 minutes x 6 erg mode wouldn't release on the second to last interval, so what should of been a rest at 100 ish watts i was pushing 265 watts so called it a night and finish it off tomorrow

I still don't know where the sprints start on the london loop the road is red but i dont see any line all i see is the banner for the finish
I tend to ramp up the speed from Admiralty Arch and watch for the counter to start on the left to indicate the sprint has started. I think the trick to that sprint is to build up a good speed going into it, at least I need to on the Pro as there is a lag from turbo to speed increasing.

How you finding the Neo? More difficult than the Pro?

There is a 3 sisters route for you Lee. Smash it up the pretzel and the volcano loop. I expect you to smash mine and everyone's else's times in a race.

Resting tomorrow then back to finishing TR.

Not too sure really watts r lower speed seams about same but i tend to do pack/group rides most of the time 1 thing for sure is it good for climbs want to try some race but ill wait a few weeks as ive only got back on last week after a few weeks of with a bad chest
