@rob01792 for not riding with you on Zwift. I was doing one of their training sessions for a change of scene. First plan I tried I had to bail after a couple of minutes .... after the warmup it was trying to get me to push 800 watts

I know I have a BKool Pro but come on .... even with the aid of the Pro that's a tall order.
I ended up doing the 'Wringer' session. 30 second sprints at 500 watts followed by 120 watts rests. Quite enjoyed it. Pity it only lasted 35 mins, could have gone on another 10 mins

Might check out a few more of these plans and see if I can improve my FTP a bit
