Grass shoots of fitness, I held 2.5W/kg for 20 mins today according to Zwift 'best of' index. Chance of going for cat D race soon.
I'm riding in a fasted state of 16 hours, so its pleasing that I'm not actually crumbling after higher intensities. (for me). I can muster 400W for a minute now. I think I'll pick one or two Zwift workouts to help boost sharp interval power and recovery. My daily glucose numbers are now consistently in the norm range morning and evening

I'll try a carb shot before a workout and monitor response.
