Quite a bit. To be fair, the worst part was getting off the bike and realising just how sore my bottom is. Definitely not sitting down on anything in the next 2 hours
I was desperate to get to lvl 6 to get a better frame/wheels. Managed to get there but I'm nowhere near the required 'drops'.
