Why not give a try?!

Based on Wednesday's TT results weights would be as follows:

@berty bassett 87.8kg
Bridgy 91.6kg
@Legs 89.7kg
@mjd1988 91.9kg
@Girafitti 77.2kg
@Whorty 79.7kg
@steverob 77.8kg
@Peter Salt 65.9kg

:crazy:
Didn't we used to do this on Bkool?

The only problem I can see doing this on Zwift, and happy to be corrected if others think differently, but changing your weight drastically on Zwift will flag up on ZP and probably get you DQ'd in some races.

Can't remember the last time I was under 80kg legitimately. There was a short period in my early twenties when I was VERY ill and dropped to about 75kg (despite that being a BMI of about 22, many of my friends thought I looked emaciated), but other than that I've usually hovered around the high 80's / low 90's. It's only in the last 2-3 years that I've ballooned up in to the high 90's.

87.8!!!that's harsh ! is it too late to back out ?definitely only thinking of a meet up handicap
it totally changes the race by turning advantages up side down
maybe worth a try - one last stint before xmas ?

I'm up for it as a laugh - if it's a disaster we know who to blame so all good :okay:

One-off "end of term" bit of fun/experiment :snowball:- not part of the Tour de Splitters series.

Shall we go for next Wednesday 22nd? I can probably do any day next week so happy to change but if staying on Wednesday evening is good for most then that's fine with me.

We should probably do the Neokyo All-Nighter stage again as this is the course we've taken the power figures from - but as a scratch race not a TT (more fun).

Anyone who didn't race on Wednesday but wants to join in will either have to do a solo meetup TT to get a power figure to use, or we could just use your current FTP according to Zwift if needed? (No soft-pedalling the TT to get a better weight figure - we'll be checking!! :stop:)

We've had a stressful couple of years! That's what I'm blaming anyway! ^_^

66 kilos!? At that stage, won't my avatar just take off and fly away? That said, BMI would still be 23 :laugh:

Did we set a deadline for those who wanted to do the Makuri TT separately? Just aware I still haven't posted the leaderboard yet. Maybe by midnight Sunday?
Yeah, that's what I proposed: End of the week.

Not sure not posting the leaderboard matters too much Steve - you can click on anyone's ride from the other night and see the results from the meet-up.
Yeah, but in terms of the overall times for the series GC, I know what your target is - you could very easily gain two places in the standings with a semi-decent time... (as one of the people who you'd overtake, I'm quite happy if you chose to stay on the slowest +10% time!)

And now for something completely different:

Is anyone planning to tick off any of the long-ish route badges between Christmas and New Year? I mean your Pretzels, Mega Pretzels, Uber Pretzels, possibly 25 laps of Volcano Circiut?
