So, who is going to be the first to raise their weight in Zwift? Or is everyone waiting till New Year?

Weighed myself before my 100km and I was up 3 lbs on my Zwift weight. Weighed myself afterwards and I had lost 4 lbs through sweat alone!

Did it in just over three hours; just under if you exclude the break after lap 15 to shake out my legs and change my head sweatband as it was soaked through. Saw @<Tommy> out on the course at least twice (lapping me each time!) but don’t know if he was doing the full distance or not.

Been running a high HR for a few days and feeling fatigued. LF tests have all been negative. Wife has been poorly for a few days, so I think I've got her bug/cold. Walks and a little bit of weights

Also planning to do the 25 laps of the Volcano this afternoon, although I'm not going to stretch it to 100 miles unlike @Peter Salt - not sure I've got the legs for that! It will get me my 100km badge as well - while I have done a metric century on Zwift, it was while I was on a trial membership due to letting my subscription expire, so I didn't get the badge.

Event is the Invictus Challenge at 4pm and is all one category (E), so there's no one set pace to go at. Having said that, there's already over 400 people signed up, so I'm pretty sure there'll always be a pack at whatever pace I choose to go at and even if I get dropped, I only have to wait 7-8 minutes for them to come back round again!

I see you did it! Well done lad!

Don't know if it's true or not but our friend who got Covid says the LTF tests don't show up Omicron easily and you have to hold the test up to the light to see the positive line. Maybe try that if you are concerned.

UPDATE - I have officially banned from eating leftovers by the wife as there is barely enough leftovers for tomorrow's leftover tea. It's a travesty.
Last of our turkey has gone into the food bin now (to be fair there wasn’t much left, just scraps). Got two giant “with all the trimmings” sandwiches out of it which were yesterday’s and today’s lunches, plus cold cuts along with the remainder of the pigs in blankets stuffed into yorkshire puddings for last night’s tea, so we have certainly made the most out of it.

I was up to 68KG yesterday from 65KG a couple of weeks ago. Haven’t been riding at all and started the Christmas snacks early (I ate most of it and the wife re-bought it all 🙈)

Got to slap myself back onto the bike. Definitely not doing the next season of ZRL though, it would just be depressing!
