I'm not going to bore everyone on here with umpteen training updates but if anyone wants to see how it's going, get any ideas or just mock me. I have added a link to my blog and Instagram in my signature. I'm hoping to update weekly with my progress and what the programme entails. Slow start to the amazing content this week but as i get used to it all the quality 'should' improve. Feedback always welcome
Lost 5lbs last week so if that continues I'm hoping I might be able to get some more ZRL points this season.
