I’ve started without the HRM paired, paired after about 10minutes in a wild panic, and wasnt DQ’d.I had one of those, only lasted about 18 months. I'm fairly corrosive on hrms. ZRL doesn't give out dqs if you start with it and have a decent amount of readings I think

Just had a Zwifting accident… 😕
Pulled my left foot out of the pedal while sprinting and somehow got my lower leg trapped between the LH crank and downtube! I think I’ll live but there’s going to be a whopping bruise - pics in the morning!
Just followed on Insta .. feel free to follow me if you're boredI'm not going to bore everyone on here with umpteen training updates but if anyone wants to see how it's going, get any ideas or just mock me. I have added a link to my blog and Instagram in my signature. I'm hoping to update weekly with my progress and what the programme entails. Slow start to the amazing content this week but as i get used to it all the quality 'should' improve. Feedback always welcome
Lost 5lbs last week so if that continues I'm hoping I might be able to get some more ZRL points this season.
