What do you reckon to the Selle Italia saddle?
Very happy with Selle Italia and very happy with Wiggle.

I've ordered the SLR boost TDF version for £37.99 first and tried it on the Wattbike. Worked well so I ordered the SLR boost with titanium rails for the road bike, but despite exactly the same fit it just didn't work. Had to return it, which went well, and ordered the alloy rails standard SLR which was much, much better. Then returned the alloy rails one, again no issues, and got this with Ti. Feels great.

So yeah, no arse issues on the Wattbike thanks to the SLR boost and same story for road bike thanks to the SLR. All variants I've tried were with the large cut-out (super flow) and narrow fit (S3).

Have zwift rolled out the new category boundaries and enforcement across more races or is it just me? I have my lowest power number in some time but I try to join races for tomorrow and the first two I look at I’m being pushed into A.

@Ketty top effort mate 👍👍! Doing it solo too…
Never done one before; no idea how to pace etc. was straightforward until the balloons. That bit is awful, all your momentum goes

Some of the crit city and chase races are definitely using category enforcement. I think Zwift made it available as an option to some of the top tier race organisers, but it's not compulsory (for all races) or anything yet.

I regretted it's soon as I finished it!!

Biggest error I made food wise was a double cheeseburger and chips from a lovely cafe in Wales but it was massive. Burping and gagging all the way home

We stopped for a coffee / snack lunch yesterday and ordered baguettes. We also asked for a bowl of chips to share. The waitress asked a couple of times if we meant it ...... and then brought us out a fried egg to share  Obviously we are not very good linguists!

I had the egg so all was well :okay:

I think I’d rather eat an egg than chips on a longer ride. I don’t mind a small bowl of pasta but anything like chips or bread I find bloats me out for the rest of the ride.

Where about are you cycling martin?

I wanted to ride a crit race but it seems they’re all on the new scheme. And quite a few of the other races too. I’m not against it at all to be fair. I join A cat races from time to time if the course suits it. It’s just bad timing.

I am going to race this today though if anyone fancies some easy meat…

It’s kind of my own little fitness test to see if I can justify putting myself into the team on Tuesday.
