I raced yesterday and did a TrainerRoad session today and struggled on both. Wondering if I'm fighting some bug or other

I did a 50mile IRL ride today, tough in the wind but it cleared the head of the cold for a little while. I've had the best part of a week off the bike, and the legs felt strong. Thinking of having a last ditch attempt at the volcano climb tomorrow, that or have a lie in!

The “London Pretzel” route is the only route covering all London roads. But the Pretzel doesn’t just do that: it covers all roads in both directions

Quick 35min blast in between cooking curries for dinner for 20 tomorrow. Happy with 260w over 20min and a 12-06 on the jungle lap. Only problem is I felt pretty wasted at the end of it which is not too impressive Got into a nice tussle with another rider. He took what seemed like ages to respond me to me pulling away and slowing down for him to catch and then he jumped so I gave chase. Good fun.
