It compares you with others that have done same segments , tells you what segments suit you all sorts really - only had time for a quick look
Going to have test ride this morning I think as it’s peeing down - if I can ride without chest pain then I will do tonight

Is it premium feature?

Pretty much know what suits me, flat less than 4% 20miles . Can surprise lightweights upto 8 minutes segments:boxing:

Andy, I decided to sneakily go after their pretzel sprint Time last night. Don’t worry, it is safe. 1-09 and a new Pb but ruined 1/3 of the way by an epic gear change fail as I moved onto the big ring, frantically dropping down the rear block:rolleyes: otherwise I may have broken 1-05 and tickled your time:okay:
Next time I have a go I know what gears to get it in and when.

Good attempt Bob, it sure takes it out of you once you've crested

It helped that I had a zsun colleague racing me up the latter stages of the Tower. I knew he was stronger so i thought if i kept him at bay i had a good chance.

May join you later if i can get away from work early. Not my kind of race, too flat, but good training none the less.

Sorry Andy and Lee, Pace to quick for me. Could barely breathe! Pleased to have stayed with you for 20min on a largely flat course.
Thanks for waiting for me Lee. Appreciated :okay:

I don't know if it was intentional Bob, cheers for the tow on the early steep slopes. I was struggling with the pace myself. Well done Lee , you would be much nearer the front if you were on top form.

Anyone going to join KISS EUR in about an hour? My favorite course today... Looks like cats are combined, so I'll just have to hope I find the right group to draft off of

It was mate. I reckoned I could get to draft you at some point in return.

We worked quite well for a time. I thought Lee had blasted off into the distance near the top of the first climb. I was surprised to see his name again

I won my bunch sprint, yay. I was checking out the W/Kg of the other riders in my pack, comprising 3A, 3B and a few C cats. All of them were running higher numbers, so I gauged they were lighter than me. I didn't go balls out just high sustained run in to the line, I was able to draw away without getting out of the saddle. I really couldn't of improved the power anyway.

Cracking times you two, especially Andy. Did you catch the front group? They only had 38s when I bailed.
If that’s a weekly race I would be up for it again next week.

I didn't catch my lead group, the main A group came by, I latched on for a minute but hit the final climb and lost their wheels. Shortly after 3A cats came by, a few of us joined them for the finish.

(Just checked the filtered results, I was the first B cat,. Most of the other B riders were outside the W/Kg limit )

They would pull out a small lead on slopes but would come back in the flats and downslope. I tucked in and waited for the sprint. I think it's a regular race. I do like the format where it benefits the group usually to stay together for most of the race. My power was better than Tuesday, still lower than before Xmas, heart rate higher aswell. I guess I'm in a trough of current form compared to pre Xmas.

my first race for a while and i am amazed how much harder it was than i remembered - at no point did i feel i had something in reserve , as i was going along, at about 8 mile i really did think if this was 20 mile i would bail ! its only because i was coming up for half way that i kept on
rode with Bob for a while but we parted up the hill , i thought any minute he will come hammering past as it flattened out and was banking on his draft ! in the end i latched on to some c's and just drafted i ha nothing left - when they battled to the line i felt a fraud and didn't even try to take them as they had done all the work - not that i could have i suppose
at least i have broke the duck for this year

You got to love filtered results! Well done.
You will get the power back.
My power is still down but slowly getting back to late November Worlds levels. Still, Pb’s for all 3 of us so not too shabby. I will look to finish next time

Lee, don’t be too hard on yourself. You haven’t been well.racing is hard and I wasn’t ready for it either but at least you finished. I had nothing left and knew I would get dropped once over the bridge and going down hill and decided to go and get some dinner^_^
