I have ridden the bkool Alp segment on my old pro a few times but they are not showing so no way to compare rides and turbos.
I had the complete opposite. Too high HR and resistance felt about right, but I had realism to about 50%. You smashed me by nearly 10 mins.I'm not sure if that's legit or not. Resistance on the kickr didn't feel right (not enough) at all during the ride.
The plan was to hang out at around 200W for the ride in the hopes that I wouldn't destroy my legs giving me a chance to follow-up and ride it again today. I largely accomplished that goal with a 220W average for the climb. My HR battery died early in the climb, but it didn't ever feel like I was approaching the red line.
Sadly, I've felt like crap all day. So I wasn't able to sneak in another attempt prior to vacation time with the family. Oh well.
80 minute climb for me which is par for my times on bkool, so I knew what to expect. Hopefully you'll nail it next time.I had a bash at the Alpe du Zwift yesterday but made a bit of a horlicks of it. Stupidly, I aimed to ride at FTP from start to finish. I was averaging 98% for the first 20 odd minutes but couldn't face another 40 minutes of the same so bailed and turned back down. Congrats to you guys who have set some great times.
