Thanks for organising @alex_cycles , still trying to figure out if I enjoyed them 🤣. Had no idea how to pace the 1st one having never done a TT that short ,I think I got it about right . In Glasgow I was desperately trying to have a gap onto the kicker so I could grab onto the group over the top it worked in my head but not in real life 🤣

I worked backwards. We rode exactly the same race 10 months ago and it took just under 3 minutes.
So I looked up my 3 minute power. All-time best 343. 90-day best 296. I figured I'm not in all-time peak shape but don't recall doing an all-out 3m effort in the last 90 days. So I pitched for 320 and hit 313 - so not too far off-base.

I thought you were nuts going off the front, but I guessed it was to try and get a lead for the kicker. You and Martin both caught back on for laps 1 and 2 but Martin stayed with us on 3 & 4.

That was hard with Michael fresh and attacking.

I don't have the kick and recover I'd like so the plan was a longer sustained effort rather than the short punch but the 1st one was too long the 2nd one about right as we caught back on with speed at the right point but I was gassed from dragging Martin back 😁 and the 3rd time I tried an easier approach but when I stood up my legs said no

Do these races impact your Ranking Points or ZRS?

Good fun, even if a bit of a shock to the system. Thanks Alex.

They SHOULD count for vELO but not ZRS. For some reason this morning's didn't register on vELO scoring. I'll talk to Tim about that and see if we can work out why. (It's probably because I did them as club events rather than via the race request form. Going forward I will ask Zwift to set up two recurring events that I can edit each week to change the courses).

Shock to the system is exactly what it's about.

Is it because it is shown as a Group Ride?

If you set a 90-day 5mins best in Zwift, you will be moved to your new ZRS 100% seed score, if that's higher than your ZRS beforehand.

Felt pretty rubbish this morning, not that a normal effort would have positioned me any higher in either event, so just some very gentle riding on my Cadex to leave ~6mins for a stage 4 upgrade when I have the drops. Hoping to get ~31Km done on the Dogma F to get a stage 4 upgrade ahead of tomorrow's Tiny Races, but that looks like it will cost 500k drops, leaving me almost virtual pennyless again! :laugh:

I saw you and Martin catching on lap 3 and knew you were going to fly past so thought i'd try and give an extra pull as keen to try and help CC riders. At least that's what i thought in my head, might have helped to tell you that :laugh:

Race 1 was my best 2 minute in Zwift in the last 90 days, but no change to best 5 minute best.
