Knocked out 190 kms on Zwift yesterday to kick off the F500. 136 km in the morning and another 54 in the afternoon.
Back of it now broken, and with another 50 kms today I will be just under half way through.

That's a big dent in the 500km

I did 60Km yesterday and the same today.
