well done anyone who is munching the miles , on the off chance i was fiddling with my turbo and thought that the charger i have for a screwdriver looked similar so i plugged it in and its all systems go 👍

Biggest miracle of Xmas needs to happen overnight if my weight declaration is going to vaguely accurate tomorrow, after all I've ate this afternoon I forsee not weighing the same or less than 91.7Kg tomorrow!

Need to do something today though... Zwift Epic looks a tad too long - don't want this much training load right now - so will likely settle for a decent workout. Maybe Kirizuma? I like that one.

Tried to do a session this morning but it felt hard so after 7 miles i stopped soaked in sweat , pulse over 140 so i dropped 2 groups and i was still struggling 
Got off the bike and found the brake pad resting on the rim , i must have caught it in the shed .
