Well done on the FTS points , the tactics for all HCT teams are now based on your videos 😁 as the team manager watches them

Yes our team leans on Alex's video in lieu of proper recon rides as well! Good last ditch sprint as well. Not that disappointed to be missing the climb today if I'm honest

I can assure if it is Sticky Watts its not intentional, this trainer has significant lag from what's happening at the crank to what appears on the screen, admittedly I don't have a very smooth constant pedalling action, I will occasionally put in very high cadence efforts to boost power and the power on the screen does not immediately drop, but it doesn't instantly increase when I put in an effort, so its swings and roundabouts.

Yeah just to be clear I'm in no way suggesting you're doing anything wrong intentionally - just pointing out that the power graph supports that something's not right

You might be able to request Zwift discard that ride from your stats and put your ZRS back to where it was, on the basis the power numbers are definitley dodgy for whatever reason. As you say, if that's left to stand, your

That is an excellent idea and the best solution. They were very quick to do it for me when I made a mistake with some bot testing back in October. They can nuke the power curve for a specific ride. @Venod I suggest you write them a detailed email with race IDs and everything - give all the pertinent information and it will get you round the AI responses very quickly.

The main problem you have with ZRS now if you DON'T do this is that it thinks your maximum effort now is very high. So any "normal" efforts you now do will not meet the minimum effort requirements for anti-tanking. So your score will never reduce unless you have like 6 months off.

Question re tonight's race , if your not in the top 10 going over the top of the KOM is a wheel change from lightweights to a disc viable would you recover the lost time ? and you would gain an advantage for the sprint

I'd say it really depends how far in front you are of the guys behind. Personally I wouldn't bother. I got sprint FTS points with the ENVE wheels instead of a disc. On a short climby sprint I bet there isn't much difference. The thing you can do to help yourself the most is ramp up well before the start of the sprint. It's only a 10s sprint, so you can afford to be maxing your speed by the start line. I left a bit of time on the table myself. If you watch my sprint on the video I was increasing speed during the sprint. Ideally you want to hit the start line at maximum speed and then try to maintain it. You can do ANYTHING for 10s right?
