Tommy, you are probably right- cannot keep up with the issues but i think Merlin are offering good deals on other brands too such as 4iii

Same here to be honest. When I bought my power meter I did a ton of reading but it all became a bit of a blur by the end...

Batteries do die regularly with stages, but after the recent firmware update the power reading were much better with no noticeable dropouts.

That's good news. Out of the two issues I'd rather have to charge the battery more frequently than get dodgy readings.

Well, that was harder work than I anticipated, did Day 2, Wk1 (technically yesterdays workout, but who's counting) of the 4wk FTP booster, which was much harder than I had anticipated, 6x45 seconds at 610W. Really really hard to hold the intervals for that long, and my HR was getting quite high for me.

On the plus side, I'm currently 20th on one of the Jungle segments.

600+Watts more than a one off sprint is extremely difficult to repeat upto a minute.

I saw a national track sprinter on video who only managed, yes only 700Watts for 1 minute before stopping of exhaustion.

I have a TR session coming up which has 21x650W micro burst sprints. I have a great deal of trepidation about this workout-gulp

That sounds pretty horrible - as does @si_c 's workout! Hope it's worth it!

Anyone else have days when the lungs won’t work? I kept getting puffed out very quickly after hitting 260w. Average watts ok but the effort out of all proportion to the speed generated . As if using the NEO on bsim- it was like having a flashback^_^

Thor is the 200% of FTP with several mins of 95% of FTP repeat, die

I did Dade+ 1 and found it extremely tough the second set and only managed 1 on the final set where my HR was upto 184 absolutely leg and lung busting session.

Good luck sustaining the 2.5min VO2 max blocks:ohmy:

Yes, sometimes it's fatigue and just need to take it easier. I've found the VO2 max sessions very beneficial, but I can't do 2 on consecutive days. Yesterday I was really shattered after TR and then gym. I sometimes go to bed at 7pm to recuperate:B):tired:
