In have to see I am really looking forward to our meet up on the 18th. We can put trainer watts aside and enjoy teasing and challenging each other in the Kent hills.

Bob/Tommy,. Are there any ladies cycle clubs in the Camden area? My daughter is interested in possibly joining a club to help her fitness.

I'm not sure I'm going to make the 18th Bob. Being ill for most of last week has messed me up a little. I think I may have taken on a little too much....

Bob's right Andy. I think Islington.cc is her best option. They seem very inclusive and have rides for every level, as well as having lots of women in the club from what I can tell. They do intro to group riding sessions around Regent's Park. They do training groups at various paces around the park. And they also do rides around Hertfordshire for various levels on Sundays. Check out they're website, they seem very welcoming and don't seem to take themselves as seriously as some of the clubs around here.

If it’s speed that worries you then be reassured. It’s more a social ride to bring you guys together.

Sorry what was that Mr 'Bimble'?
:hello:. Didn't you say your friends were even slower than you? I was thinking about staying up all Friday night just to make it interesting

Seriously though I'm just a busy boy at the moment... I'm not saying I'm not coming. Just that it's in the balance.

Blimey, I try to offer some reassurance...

^_^

Understood. Any suggestion you are afraid the Pace will be too fast for a boy who does slow laps of Regents Park should be fiercely resisted:okay:

To be fair, and TT will correct me if I am wrong using his :ninja: strava search skills, I have only ridden it once and ended up with 2 punctures after riding over glass , one after the other and kind of gave up asking what all the fuss was about. I turned it into a bimble ^_^. Still, good find Tommy:tongue:

I'm pretty sure it's not the prosecution's job to make a case for the defence Bob

It's a beautiful stat it really is, and one I've been keeping in my back pocket for a while . I was laughing all the way to work knowing I was going to drop it on you!. But, to be fair... I always assumed there were mitigating circumstances... still, if it was me I'd be planning a trip north of the river to rectify it asap!
