I usually naturally put on a couple of kgs during winter, but this year is different. Maybe because we didn't have any summer this year :cold:.
I'm now 2kgs under my Bkool and Zwift weight and think it's about time to adjust the virtual world to reflect reallity.
Hope I will have a better chance of not getting dumped on the hills.

Be careful changing weight - bkool has a hissy fit if you change it mid league , also it will give you more of a boost up the hill but it will snatch it back on the downhill - no matter how hard you pedal going down your watts will be the same as a dandelion seed wafting in the breeze !

Just did the last November 2017 stage yesterday, so now is a good time I reckon.

Dave seems to have spent much of today on Zwift but with a great win and the odd PB:notworthy:
https://www.strava.com/activities/1297662481

6:24 PB up Box but rather frustratingly got dropped towards the top.
Thereafter rode tempo with another guy apart from a threshold effort second time up Box so felt reasonably fresh at end.

So I jumped in to a WBR 4 lapper (with a couple of guys who dropped me earlier) and won a big bunch sprint much to me surprise. I record all my races but this time forgot so that was rather annoying.

What I found interesting was my average w/kg was the lowest in Cat A and 10 of the Cat B's were equal to or higher than me.

As an aside, have you guys noticed an ELO based ranking system on zwiftpower? Very cool feature.

1m 20s faster than me up Box  And mine was almost certainly done on the Pro rather than the NEO. I would struggle to get under 8m. Oh well-must try harder.

Smart racing perhaps Dave?
