It was like cycling in treacle today. First my skewer worked loose so the bike was clicking and creaking every pedal stroke. I stopped quickly re tightened but was unsuccessful. I was dropped off the group and couldn't get back on. So I jumped off the bike again and properly sorted the skewer. This allowed group 2 to catch me. I hung in there for 10miles or so and eventually dropped. There I was left to finish alone. I wasn't quite alone there were hundreds of riders out on Zwift so could pick up the odd little group for a few seconds . I had a little battle with myself and the rider behind holding 1 minute gap over the last 15 miles. Just before the end Lars appeared on screen tough flat ride, but worth it for the endurance.

Not quite the ride I was looking for. I was hoping for an easy group ride with everyone staying together, but it seemed more like a race. Even seemed like riders tried to dump other riders at the hills.
I was in the front group for the first 30 minutes and never got under 3 watt/kg, so decided to just ride my own pace at 2.5-3 watt/kg.

Lars it wasn't as brutal a start as last week's team trade world's. It's was a brisk pace which I found quite hard to maintain. I would of got dropped at some point but was forced with my pitstop. It's funny I didn't see your name until the last 2.5 miles.

After about 2 hours a group catched up, and they were going faster and faster towards the finish.

Lars, what you are looking for is the zsun group ride is on a Saturday morning. The idea is 2 1/2h steady pace just on 3w/k. Many of the regular riders are stronger than me but I came 4th on KOM in a time a minute behind my best so you get an idea of the agreed pace. I used the ride mainly to get closer to the tron bike and also to practice descent which are a real weak point. Fastest today and hit 100km- not bad at 72kilos. Mind you I weighed myself afterwards and I have put on 2 kilos in last fortnight! Comfort eating and no cycling is not good.

Bob it looks like they way to hit 65mph off the mountain is to hit high watts just before the road falls away. I hit 61 the other day, but left it late to power down the mountain

Yep. Aero boost helps too. I got dropped on the downs last week but Today on the downs managed to keep pace with heavier guys albeit with a lot of out of saddle Watts’s beginning of drop and then careful drafting. 0w =101km ^_^ Should help with racing and avoid need to find more watts on flat or climbs.
