Waiting for the stars to line line up:okay:

Stuttering as well procrastinating now! ^_^

Only joking, I’m not really in a position to talk :shy:.

With regards set up, at the moment I’ve got a hdmi cable from my laptop to the tv on the wall and iPad on the out front mount. It’s fantastic to be honest. I think ideally I could do with s mobile phone mount so I can use swift link from that but other than that pretty happy.

If I’m to run the zwift and trainerroad side by side, will I need to run at least one from ant+? At the moment I assume I’m running off Bluetooth. I’m not sure if my iPad had ant+. The MacBook doesn’t, but I do have a dongle somewhere I think.

Tommy I use Zwiftpower to get information about races coming up in the next week. My next resource is Bob, he pipes up when there is a big event on the horizon

To be honest, Bob does seem to be an excellent resource for info. Just don’t let him hear me saying that... :secret:

They have a lot of members, 1000’s , and all too often repetitive talk about same things. Some of the team or group specific ones have a bit more humour and so are more fun to dip into. I belong to zsun, which has more of an English as opposed to American tone but there’s Kiss , the Masters etc

I don’t know how you make the time mate! I think at the moment I just need to work out the racing schedule and see if I can sneak in one or two races a week around traineroad.

Ha!
I am a member of zsun racing as well as zsun so don’t follow any of the others now. Too much whingeing for my liking. Zsun do take training and racing pretty seriously but suffused with a lot of good quality banter.

Fwiw Zwift, to me , looks a bit crappy on an iPhone or iPad blown up to a large screen. New Atv4k looks much better. So I would find a way either run Zwift over pc or Atv and tr via tablet/phone. I appreciate may not matter to most.

A little help guys? I've submitted a ticket which is getting looked at but thought I'd ask here too.

A couple of rides have been cut short because the resistance has been cranked up too high when riding over a hill. When the road flattened the resistance was hard and my watts dropped. Changing to an easier gear didn't make it easier. To try and explain how it feels like, imagine in a workout you let the watts drop during an interval then you grind to a halt? Even then getting back on top of the gear the watts remained very low.

In case this was a one (two) off I got back on the bike yesterday and tried a free ride. What I found was a complete lack of resistance. However, at a constant cadence and same gear, so no effort changes, the watts do fluctuate on different terrain. E.G. in 15th gear at 60rpm my watts were 150 at 0% gradient, 50 watts at -2% and 250 at 2%. Was weird rolling up Watopia Wall with zero effort putting out 7wkg - don't worry I didn't go for the jersey!

Any help? Smart trainer is an Elite qubo digital smart b+

I said Zsun racing take it a little seriously. Our “leader” has today wiped all previous pb’s etc off the groups spreadsheet records on understanding most of us if not all have in last few months moved to direct drive/more accurate trainers or PM’s for the worlds! So, we get to start all over again:ohmy: ...and with an ftp test:angry:

If you're a regular Zwifter, the segments will fill up in no time. I think it's a good idea to start a fresh from time to time. There are some very odd Bkool pro results from Bob . It's not Zwift but Zsun, separate from Zwift- have to abide group rules/decisions

Odd? how very dare you! I assume you mean Old!

Zwift/Strava should give users the option to expunge old data, say up to a certain date. Until then you can only go by group rules. Kim keeps us on our toes.

To be honest it sounds like in this case it’s doing you a favour mate. Get rid of those old BKOOL assisted times and start fresh! :okay:

But in principle, it is a bit of a dick move... admittedly democracy has brought us Brexit and Donald Trump, but it still beats the alternative!
