Andy, Pretty much so by looks of it but finishes a little earlier than the traditional TdF finish. A couple of Zsun guys who ride yesterday have compared to irl rides and distance and gradients and say as close as dammit.
Anyone having a go should fuel up before hand. At an hour 1200 calories. A few jelly babies to hand might help too. I am itching to have another go today.

Its got the 21 bends. I'd smash the first 5 miles  Then:B)

Jeff has set a time of 1hr16. Given he is nearer to my weight than Bob. I've got a target to go at.

I suspect both Jeff and I slower than we should be given our relative fitness. It is, after all, about endurance and that’s definitely my main weakness.
The zsun guys who I can match up the kom have had a go and they are 5-8min faster than me mainly because they have the endurance to hold the wattage on the last 1/3rd.

Kiss at Base 60miler! Nope it was near flat out from the off. AVE 288W for the first hour when I assumed it would be zone 2/3. Riders were shed immediately and throughout the first hour including me. No way was I going to keep the pace for another 40+ miles

Paul has set an excellent 47 min time up Alp’
Thanks Bob, I was just about to post and say I really enjoyed the new route (in a slightly sadistic way of course!). I was putting maximum effort in so my legs were shot when I'd been right up and down again - and then I just had to keep going because that pesky orange bar was sooooo close to going to the next level! And of course it took AGES to get to the end!! I hung in there though - level 17 now.

Bkool Pro disclaimer - there's some very steep sections on there which the pro won't replicate for a rider of my weight like a neo or a kicker would (unlike box hill which seems to work quite well but the gradients are less extreme) - I don't know how well Zwift have allowed for this in their algorithms so I may have an advantage there

I dunno- I have always felt the pro and/or Zwift algorithms made it more accurate the steeper the gradient. Certainly more accurate than lots of the zpower users. Enjoy it:okay:

If it was sprinkled with Bkool fairy powder, then its going to take a big effort to top it.

Btw I was looking at the gradients, I see lots of 10%, is that the case when riding it?
