Well that is ZA workout #9 done. Pretty hard especially with my new ftp. The last 2 min interval was tough but I managed to hang on. Just #10 and one group ride to do.
Then I'd best have a go at the 2 challenges that you guys have laid down. The big Innsbruck climb and the short climb on the ring circuit.
And the big climb in reverse for good measure. Steeper, nastier-you will love it


. Bkool give me good power output sometimes, my ftp was 294. But now with Drivo 2 i would say it's closer to 200 than 300, much closer.
Can you not get the same effect just by increasing your weight by 15 to 20Kg
