1. Delete the race/ride in Strava.
2. Manually add the .FIT file to Strava. The file is in your ZWift/Activities Folder on your PC

Following 5 days of hard riding (and only 1 day off since last Saturday), it's rest day today :okay: This week is going to be a big one again with ToW stage 5 plus planning some long rides, maybe on BRVR to stress out the legs :heat: Getting very close to my target weight now for Cambridgeshire with 4 weeks still to go.

I sadly may have to duck out of Thursday fun because I’ve got the mighty Fred Whitton on Sunday & could do with healing the muscles & re-charging.

I just rode Monday News Time Ride (B). Description didn't mentioned anything about race, only it said it is 2.0-2.5W/kg pace ride. It was more like 2.5-3.5W/kg pace ride :surrender:.

Can I suggest getting out for some real world rides just to get the upper body ready. They don't have to be long. It caught me off guard how riding on the trainer only doesn't use the same balancing and arm muscles.

I will try to, but may only get the chance to do one before ToC. Not actually been outside riding since DD last year, so almost exactly a year  I'm definitely feeling a little under prepared not having been outside, not only with core strength, but also bike handling (which is not a strong point at the best of times!). Certainly one reason why I won't be pushing too hard on the ToC with so many other riders around and me wobbling along
