Is it a tt ? No draft ?

Double draft. It's the stage afterwards that is TT. This stage therefore will be mega fast; flat route, double draft. Those 18km will be gone in no time at all. PBs all over the place But hard to break away so times will be very similar I would think across the league.

Is stage-5 Tron bike for everyone or free selection?. I will probably take Zwift TT frame if it's possible, it is more aero than Tron bike.

shouldnt take tt bike ! Not if you don’t have to - no draft on tt bike

Get a proper warm up. 2.5km lead in

So in my case my selection is S-Works Venge + Enve SES 8.9 or ZIPP 808. No drops enough so no disc wheel. Hope i get under 30min with this combination and my legs. I had today SIS products from Wiggle so time enough to fuel myself

@bobinski , @Brusgaard , @LBHIFI ..... how did that course feel with so many riders? Was it a continuous snake for the whole race or did the groups break up? If memory serves well, the start out the pens to the arch is slightly up hill (1% - 2% gradients ?) - does this split the field if you don't keep power on constantly?

Having done the course both Saturday and Sunday at both low and high altitude, todays speed was actually slow. As you can see in the video it was around 43-45 most of the way. Yesterday in "Mexico" I rode at around 40kph on a TT (thus no draft) not at all racing (avg. 2.7w/kg).

I guess this stage-5 is straight forward stage. Rev up in a pen and flat out till' the legs give up.
