Has anyone raced on crit city course yet?
From the Zwiftpower but you can find your time in zwift companion app as well. It's in your activities, you can see your race results. Your time seems to be 1.34.18.Where r u guys getting the times for the TOL stages?
Zwift power looks like it includes the lead in time!
My time I posted included the lead in time s as per Zwift power. Have I been doing it wrong? Can I take off 10 minutes please?Where r u guys getting the times for the TOL stages?

I’ve always regarded the lead time as the warm up for the race so I’ll know better next time.My time I posted included the lead in time s as per Zwift power. Have I been doing it wrong? Can I take off 10 minutes please?
I’m definitely feeling fatigued by the combination of ToL rides and outdoor rides. Today I cycled into work on my MTB, a 70 minute spin. Tomorrow will be the first rest day in a week. I’m hopefully back for the final ToL stage on Thursday evening.
I raced on it yesterday and really enjoyed it. Great for a short blast (approx 30 mins).Has anyone raced on crit city course yet?
Officially struck down by the flu so don't think I'll get any more stages done. Not the end of the world, hopefully ill be over it by christmas![]()
Not sure about my stage 3 and 4 either. I can ride them in makeup days if i can handle my sleep debt. Shift work is mess up my circadian rhythm quite badly.Officially struck down by the flu so don't think I'll get any more stages done. Docs told me to have one this year due t being wife's carer - as the doc said, neither my wife or the NHS can afford me to get flu and have wife end up in care. Kind of focuses the mind!First time in 20 years I've had a flu shot. My sister in law was a GP and says this year's Flu wave is particularly nasty. It started in Australia and traveling around the world![]()
