My time I posted included the lead in time s as per Zwift power. Have I been doing it wrong? Can I take off 10 minutes please?

I’m definitely feeling fatigued by the combination of ToL rides and outdoor rides. Today I cycled into work on my MTB, a 70 minute spin. Tomorrow will be the first rest day in a week. I’m hopefully back for the final ToL stage on Thursday evening.

I’ve always regarded the lead time as the warm up for the race so I’ll know better next time.
No complaints as it’s the same for everybody but if you go on Strava the time is much faster if you add the 2 segments together.
As one of the slowest riders on cyclechat I think I should use that but the trouble is I’ll still lose by a country mile😂😂

Has anyone raced on crit city course yet?
I raced on it yesterday and really enjoyed it. Great for a short blast (approx 30 mins).

there are two sections that aren’t flat. One is a set of two “steps” and the other is a set of four rollers.

the rollers are my favourite place to attack. They’re close to the end but too far for a sprint so tempt non-sprinters like me into a long range effort. I tried and failed a long range effort yesterday - but I had a group of 6 chasing me down!

Would definitely recommend it.

Officially struck down by the flu so don't think I'll get any more stages done. Not the end of the world, hopefully ill be over it by christmas:cheers:

First time in 20 years I've had a flu shot. My sister in law was a GP and says this year's Flu wave is particularly nasty. It started in Australia and traveling around the world:ohmy:

League updated with our stage 5 (ToL stage 4) results.

Got a lift in today as I couldn't face cycling into work after last night's ToL effort!

Just the one stage to go (+ the make up stages) then you can enjoy your Christmas pud.

Docs told me to have one this year due t being wife's carer - as the doc said, neither my wife or the NHS can afford me to get flu and have wife end up in care. Kind of focuses the mind!

I got in from work too late for the 6pm, started the 8pm but bailed out after half an hour - just got no energy/stamina at the moment.

I'm not going to be able to make up any missed stages either as I'm away this weekend. I might just take a break from the bike (racing at least) for a week or so until I feel fully recovered as I don't think I'm doing myself any favours trying to race hard while feeling like this
