I’d never know, to be honest. Recovery took two weeks before being comfortable enough to do everything (including short turbo sessions) but a while longer to be completely comfortable. I think a lot of the lingering effect is/was worry and caution rather than an actual issue 🙂How are you healing after the snip?!?

Is there a link to that race? Can't see it in Zwift Power. I'm only 50/50 if I can make it, but I might sign up just in case.
Edit: found it, didn't realise it was 18:15 ride. Better time for me so we'll see
Edit2 : damn, just noticed it's a Danish race! That's gonna hurt. Some blinking strong riders in the C race that I've raced against previously.

Yes, I noticed there are a good number of strong riders there. TBH I'm not going to flog myself - just using it for a bit of a high intensity workout. Doing that on Monday and then our CC meet-ups on Wednesday is a good fit for me to get some miles in before xmas as my mileage has slipped over the last month or so.

Seems like the Danes have a bit of a reputation on Zwift?But just like @Joffey says, this + the Wednesday TDS and then maybe a longer ride on Friday sounds like a good schedule.
