For the first lapStrong looking c squad for tomorrow,
I need to check the course out ... not looked yet.For the first lap
#i've ridden the course but watched several videos of when the difficult section arrives and how much effort is required. My weight is an issue to stay with the pack
It will suit your punchy climbing abilityI need to check the course out ... not looked yet.
We already have 5 or 6 B riders in the race (these are just the ones in ZP), so I'll be wheelsucking for all it's worth again this evening let those B's do all the work, and try to pinch the glory in the final sprint. I think the climbs are more 'long drags', so hopefully as bad as Yorkshire last week.It will suit your punchy climbing ability![]()
That's really good power! Of course, it's much more important to be able to deploy your power at the right time, and for long enough, to win sprints. Shane Miller (GPLama) does a good feature about the double-peak sprint which he finds most effective in Zwift races. Not at all mate, I'm with you on this one. Had a recovery stroll today, remembered the conversation here and decided to do a sprint:

Soooo close to the 900 badge
I need to do a few tests at different gears - I'm spinning out at 150rpm and supposedly 120 is optimal for a sprint?
For the team competition it is essential that everyone finishes as you/we get 1 point for just that. Last week some of you bailed, which means 0 points. We already have 5 or 6 B riders in the race (these are just the ones in ZP), so I'll be wheelsucking for all it's worth again this evening let those B's do all the work, and try to pinch the glory in the final sprint.
