Not officially until 2nd Jan 2022 but he has sent me a couple of bits to do this week.
...which is why the TT stage is (IMO) 20 minutes too long - if you do a 20-min FTP test effort, you'll be f*cked for the rest of the stage and you'll post a sub-optimal time...

Nice one. I'm always interested in the regimes that coaches prescribe - so keep us informed.
Personally, I'm on a mainly Zone 2 block - building my base back up prior to the hard work starting again. FTP is slowly moving North again after a fairly chunky reduction at season end.
