Nice one. I'm always interested in the regimes that coaches prescribe - so keep us informed.

Personally, I'm on a mainly Zone 2 block - building my base back up prior to the hard work starting again. FTP is slowly moving North again after a fairly chunky reduction at season end.

...which is why the TT stage is (IMO) 20 minutes too long - if you do a 20-min FTP test effort, you'll be f*cked for the rest of the stage and you'll post a sub-optimal time...

Ah, correction - looking at Training Peaks it's a 20 minute effort but the session is 45 mins long.

How far is the course tomorrow kids? Gonna have to try and shoehorn it in!

Will do. Got a couple of tests this week and next but then the real stuff starts on first week in Jan. I think we are working on getting me fatigued and training my body to recover quickly for this very hilly sportive that I've entered in June.

QUESTION for any TRAINING PEAKS users... (Please help!)

Is there any way to import a Training Peaks workout into Zwift then run that on ERG mode? Or would I have to somehow import the TP work out into the WattBike app and then run Zwift at the same time with 0% trainer difficulty?
