Another C win Carl. Well done. I went for the sprint but I went far too early and ran out of puff 100metres from the line. The D’s weren’t too far ahead in the end - if only a few more C‘s have put their virtual noses in the wind we might have made the catch.

ah, was that you out in front that I passed? I saw a rider go off the front but wasn't sure who it was.

I didn't realise that there were still D's out there, I thought we had caught them all. I was definitely a bit lazy tonight, but sitting in until the sprint. I averaged over 700 watts for the last 30 seconds, which probably shows how lazy I was during the race :whistle:

Ah, hope everything is alright :okay:

The notes say you need a HRM etc. but that's just for the folks that take it seriously. You can still take part and race, and even use the estimated power thingy, it's just that your end result won't show on some other websites :smile:

Looking at my numbers from last night, I wasn't taking it as easy as I thought. Not my hardest work, but still working consistently at the top end of C just to stay in the pack .... so I don't feel so guilty now taking the win :tongue:
