It’s still making me laugh now reading you describe it. Horrible aren’t we? Thin line isn’t it? Truth is once we’re over the hill the pace settled a bit but it doesn’t feel like it’s ever going to sometimes.

I worked out this morning why I was having an asthma attack and was struggling ... like a prize idiot I'd forgot to take my meds before I rode yesterday! Explains it a bit now lol

Unfortunately I’ll most likely be missing next week as I’m due to be away overnight with work 😔 The only hero moves I’ll be making is to the hotel bar. I havent had a drop of alcohol since New years eve but I’m due to break the dry-January tomorrow (st Patrick’s day) 😜
